GAMESBLIP 'BLIPPY' AWARDS 2016

It's that time that every- erm, probably nobody's been waiting for, it's the Gamesblip 'Blippy' awards!

Except that it isn't.

Wha-wha-what?

Well, try as we might, we couldn't come close to playing everything that was released this year. Everything from lack of time (we're a one chick show here) to dwindling funds (we don't do ads, and only one person all year was awesome enough to make a donation to help keep the place buoyant) to marketing types who apparently have zero respect for the written word (well, unless it fronts a video) means that we don't feel comfy declaring proper Blippy recipients this year - and sadly may never again.

But if anybody's interested, these were the games that we enjoyed the most this year: Assault Android Cactus, Dishonored 2, Enter the Gungeon, Forza Horizon 3, Inside, Kirby: Planet Robobot, Pac-Man 256 and Watch Dogs 2. We're also still loving everything new table-wise that those genius Zen Pinball 2 guys do, and the ever-expanding LEGO Dimensions.

Massive thanks to all of the wonderful people who've continued to support Gamesblip through 2016, as it plummets headlong into its ninth year - aka 2017!
